Job Description

  • Lead Generation and Qualification
  • Find and qualify new leads in corporate gifting.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at potential and current client companies.
  • Understand client needs and create customized solutions.
  • Sales and Deal Closing
  • Prepare proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our gifting services.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead follow-up.
  • Industry Knowledge and Strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Help develop and execute strategic sales plans for the corporate division.
Requirements
  • bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related eld
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales ( Corporate Gifting preferred)
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the corporate industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, to attract competitive margins from clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Knowledge of ethical sales and sustainability
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
