Key Skills and Qualifications
Education:
B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a Tier 1 college. This requirement ensures a strong technical foundation and aligns with the demands of the role in the real estate industry.
Experience:
15+ years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of development, operations, and sales processes.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Expertise in financial planning, project management, and operational optimization.
Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
