Join our dynamic Clients team as an Appointment Generation Specialist and help us drive business growth by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers.
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)
Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)
What Youll Do:
Conduct outbound calls & emails to generate interest and set appointments.
Utilize LinkedIn & other platforms for outreach and lead nurturing.
Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries.
Maintain and update leads using CRM software.
Work closely with the sales team to align appointments with their schedules.
Provide insights from prospect interactions to refine messaging and strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & appointment-setting targets.
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/Tech industry.
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology & challenges.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and social media for prospecting.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
