Job Description
- To generate leads from different social media platforms in case of outbound calling or collect the leads.
- from different campaigns in case of inbound calling.
- Coordinate with the customer to explain about our products and services.
- Organize the online demonstrations of the company products for the clients.
- Scheduling meetings with the clients.
- Follow up with the clients through E-mail or telephonic about new requirements or the expansion for the projects or status updates.
- Taking the responsibilities from the introduction to closure.
- Utilizing knowledge in the CRM system.
- Work on B2B campaigns in every sector.
- Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fast learner who can adapt to change
- Self-motivator
- Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
- Friendly, can-do attitude
- Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
