Job Description

We re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor cum Vendor Manager!

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3+ Years

We are on the lookout for a skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Vendor Manager to join one of our client s dynamic team. This is a dual-role position that will play a key part in ensuring the financial efficiency of our civil interior projects, while fostering strong relationships with our valued vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying:

Prepare detailed cost estimations for civil interior projects.
Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs and improve profit margins.
Monitor and maintain project budgets.

Vendor Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
Allocate projects based on vendor capacity and manage deadlines effectively.
Process vendor payment requests and work with finance teams for timely payments.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand our network.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in quantity surveying and vendor management, ideally in civil interior projects.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office.

Excellent multitasking abilities.
