Sales Development Manager (Virtual)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance channel sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve targets.
• Develop strong relationships with bank partners to drive business development and cross-selling opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) through cold calling, telesales, phone banking, relationship management, retail banking, branch banking, broking, investment products etc.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining a focus on quality over quantity.

1year to 6 years of BFSI Sales Experience
