• Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate leads and close sales for life insurance products through cold calling and telephonic engagement with potential customers at IDFC First Bank.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate leads and convert them into sales. Engage with potential customers telephonically to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable life insurance products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively. Proactive and target-oriented approach to sales. Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer queries professionally. Basic knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.

• Preferred: Experience in tele-sales or banking sales will be an advantage. Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking.
