Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager- Demat Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive digital client acquisition for Demat accounts by utilizing the LMS system and provided leads.
• Assist clients in downloading and setting up the mobile application, ensuring they complete the KYC process successfully.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, Nifty, and related financial products.
• Good to average proficiency in English communication and conversational skills.
• Energetic, confident, and well-presented with a professional approach.
• Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduation.
• Previous experience in outbound sales or BPO sales is an advantage.
• Age: 20-30 years.

Job Details:

• Work Days: 6 days a week.
• Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift, 9 am to 6 pm (9 hours).
• Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹29,000 net, based on last drawn salary and interview performance.
• Incentives: ₹3,000 to ₹70,000 depending on performance.

Training:

• 3 days of training provided.
