Sr Manager - Sales Excellence

Resposibiliies:

• Working with Channel head and central Projects teams to improve and articulate new efficient Sales management Process on Ground.
• Connecting with Regional Heads for Driving Various input Parameters.
• Driving Cloud Telephony for the region.
• Driving IRDAI Licensing For Defined Regional Bank Staff
• Analyzing the Sales Behaviors of stakeholders by Data analysis and forming
• Region specific strategies coordinating with RMs and ZMs and implementing and reviewing it on Ground level.
• Identifying Knowledge Gaps in Front Line Sales Staff and forming and implementing Strategies for filling the Gaps with close coordination of central and Regional L&D team.
• Driving SP Activation Through the Mapped FLS in the Region.
• Apart from Transactional Business things, formulations of Region specific Strategies to improve channel Partner relationships by redoing Support TAT in soft issues like IRDA licensing etc
• Monitoring Attrition in the Region and help Drive Retention.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, engagement and capability development of front line managers for a long and successful career.
• Engage in joint field work to support assigned team
• Help, support and guide team members in achieving their goal sheet targets.
• Track business performance metrics for the territory assigned and conduct regular performance reviews against the assigned target
• Drive central sales initiatives for the territory through communication forums and meetings
• Coordinate with central teams to design and implement required interventions for specific Bancassurance partners.
