Job Description
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
- Weekly/ Daily Sales Meet to observe the progress.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Align the strategic plan with the organization's vision, mission ,and goals.
- Perform in depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Monitor industry trends and research on potential customers for the sales team
- Generation and Conversion of Leads from the market.
- Data on Top 500 companies of India to be made up.
- Data on 50 Business markets of India to assemble.
- Classification of ABC in Customers List, Budget Review, Gap Analysis & Bridge Plan.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives on a daily basis.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Weekly Governance, Ensuring more of Automated Reports, MIS Reports.
- Identify and promote innovative ideas and solutions that drive the organization forward.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to support strategic goals.
- Ensure that the organization adapts effectively to changes in the market and industry.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial projections and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitoring the collection & O/S above 90 Days
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the financial viability and sustainability of strategic initiatives.
- Vehicle performance Report -Trip TAT Report (Origin -Transit -Destination-origin), Vehicle Mileage, Breakdown Report, Weekly, Monthly Governance.
