Job Description
- Arrange return loads within 4-6 hours of vehicle reporting waiting.
- Responsible to sale (70%) vehicle full space / full truck load (FTL) essentially own vehicles and (30%) operations to get the customers requirements operationalize
- Bills and Collections
- Coordinate and manage return load operations to ensure timely and efficient backhauling.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers and ensure all return loads are secured promptly.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers to facilitate return load arrangements.
- Gather and analyze market information on rates and materials to optimize load planning.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the local market.
