Job Description
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Zonal business leaders of GreenLine, UGL, and OSI Steel, offering HR expertise to support business objectives.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure alignment of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives with organizational goals and Group standards.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with Zonal Leadership to manage manpower needs (FTE/Contractual) including budgeting, forecasting, and hiring.
- Performance & Development: Support Performance Management and Training & Development initiatives in collaboration with the corporate team to enhance employee engagement and effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Conduct site visits to manage employee relations, offering guidance to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Oversee customer audits and ensure statutory compliance with employment law across all establishments and vendors.
- Contractor Management: Manage operator and driver resources, ensuring engagement, productivity, attendance, salary, and incentive management through contractors.
- CSR Initiatives: Identify, develop, and execute CSR projects in line with organizational goals.
