PURPOSE OF THE JOB
An overview of the job and its
contribution To put for all operations processes and work towards improvement in the existing processes,
Process Revamping & Analysis of process gaps.
Audit, Key KPI drives and change managementCoverage of Complete process & ensuring compliance
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Main duties, tasks and
responsibilities of the role Drive New KPI/Initiatives within Branch ops.
Preparation of updated achivements/ performances on a regular basis of different Branch ops KPIs
to drive new initiatives
Coordination with Branch ops team to get various data as per the requirement
Conducting Various analysis, Contest / schemes to drive Key KPI across all branches with
consultation of stakeholders
Ensuring data sharing as per timelineProcess Documentation & control reports: Prepartion of different control reports required for the
department.
Identifying new control reports to strengthen processes
Support in audit related requirements
Preparing dashboard/ PPT for branch communications with branches / MBR & reviews
KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of a defined
system, practice, method or
procedure within or outside
HDFC Life.
WORK RELATED SKILLS
