Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

To Report AVP New Channel and support by co-ordination and administering the sales information system. To Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales related MIS reports including Daily sales tracking/ forecasting report, market share analysis, gross margin analysis by market. Provide all other administration services for the regional sales department and staff. Make a positive contribution to Sales Department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Business

1. Prepare and Produce daily, weekly, monthly sales reports for Sales team, within required deadlines.
2. Generation MIS and Sales reports through SAP System and SAP (BI).
3. Create power point presentations as per business requirements
4. Managing in various office utilities and other administrative work of the Regional Office.

Financial

1. Tracking and clearance all Utilitie bills etc.
2. Coordinate with sales teams for daily orders, collections, UTR No and submission of scheme documents.

Customer Oriented

1. Managing Distributor Relationship, handling their grievances.
2. Assist Sales Team in providing all relevant data / MIS support.
