Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/BSc/BCA/MCA

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software industry

Technical Skills: Salesforce experience in any of the 2 modules

(Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Apex, Visual force, Java, C++, JavaScript, Web services, SQL)

Age: Less than 35 yrs.

Job Description:

• End-to-End requirement Analysis, design and development
• Development and Troubleshooting experience with Salesforce
• Synchronize Identity data across systems / platform
• Configure security for different levels of users and have experience working with SaaS and PaaS Platform's
• Group Management, User Lifecycle Management, Periodic assessment of accesses
• Develop fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes to address the existing and new business needs
• Having an understating related to Integrations, configurations, internet and cloud technologies
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards in SFDC with Service level reports
• Excellent customer facing skills provide technical briefing, demonstrations, data extraction
• Willingness to travel as per job requirement and provide technical training / coaching and support
