Sales Force Automation

1. Work experience 5-8 years from IT, Product management, or Program management background

2. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel is mandatory
3. Have experience in writing detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) after understanding the business requirements
4. Analytical skills to track metrics and impact of the product development

5. Should be able to work with Engineering and Design team (internal/external) and third party vendors to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently

6. Familiarity with technology related to software development, and processes required to execute the same
7. Should be able to drive RCA and resolution of user issues end to end
8. Excellent English communication and writing skills for effective stakeholder communication
9. Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
