Manager - Backend Operations & Client Servicing (Mutual Fund and NPS)

Job Description The purpose of this Job is to support backend client operations and servicing for mutual fund and national pension scheme product.

This involves activities as mentioned below:

Mutual Fund -

1. Transaction Processing - Oversee and process day to day transactions received on platform.

2. Client Query Handling Handling client queries regarding KYC registration, transaction related queries, portfolio related queries, Reporting queries and Non-commercial transaction queries.

3. Reconciliation Resolving and should manage to keep reconciliation data clear.

4. Development and Regulatory – Stay update with industry development and regulatory changes.

National Pension Scheme –

• Service Request Management

1. Handle customer inquiries related to the NPS product via email, phone, and in-person interactions.

2. Process requests for account opening, contribution management, and fund allocation changes.

3. Address grievances and resolve service-related issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Guide customers on using the online NPS portal for transactions and account management.

• Operational Tasks

1. Manage the end-to-end process for account activation, KYC verification, and account updates.

2. Ensure timely processing of contributions and withdrawal requests, adhering to regulatory timelines.

3. Coordinate with Central Recordkeeping Agencies (CRAs), Point of Presence (POPs), and fund managers.

4. Monitor and reconcile transaction records to ensure accuracy.

• Overall Requirement

1. Communication – Must be able to manage cordial relationship with external and internal stakeholders.

2. Audit and Compliance – Must adhere all audit requirements timely basis and must meticulously follow processes within compliance.
