Junior Officer - On payroll of HDB Financial Services (ADFC)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in documentation of candidates
• Recruitment of candidates as per need
• Interview line-ups, Co-ordination with stakeholders and candidates
• End to end preparation of candidate profiles on the portal
• Scheduling recruitment drives, sourcing profiles through e-channels
• HR Operational activities and day-to-day MIS Updation
• Providing timely updates to stakeholders and candidates via emails and calls

Preferred candidate profile

• Full-time Graduate (Any)
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Needs to adapt quickly, must be a team player and go-getter
• Has an intent to learn and grow in the role
