Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Relationship Officers (RO) and Customer Service Executives (CSE) to achieve business targets.
  
• Oversee daily operations of branches, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase liability products such as CASA, Current Accounts, Retail Liabilities, Saving Accounts etc.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
