Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential and existing customers to promote and sell HDFC Banks banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right products and services.
• Provide personalized banking solutions over a virtual platform.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the bank.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office and internet usage).
• Strong persuasion and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
