Job Description
- Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to represent the Bank and present the bouquet of eligible products to the non-managed customer of the Bank. 0 2 INR 13500 21500 Intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for performing duties)
Training & Quality Managers.
Reporting Supervisory line. Qualitative: Sales Officer is responsible to achieve monthly unit and value targets assigned across product line.
- To ensure meeting the productivity benchmarks for the month.
Qualitative: Effective interaction or communication with the customer and capture correct customer interaction by tagging in Dialer.
- Work on the feedback shared with by the supervisor /unit manager/training manager on the quality of Call experience.
- Ensure all tele calling and product regulatory compliance are adhered and Sales is completed.
- Adhering to all product guidelines.
All guidelines on floor discipline, dialer hygiene parameters.
- Ensure complete and correct information is shared with the customer.
- Maintain business hygiene with minimal rejects and cancellations.
Digital Product Penetration : Educate the customer on the digital products of the Bank.
- Educate the customer on the convenience products on the Bank. in usage of the digital products.
- Ensure digital penetration from the contacted customer.
Audit and compliance : TSE is required to adhere to all laid down guidelines for Calling Product sourcing
Product processing Curing of rejects.
- Monitoring cancellations. Complaint handling.
