Job Role :-

Recruiting and Hand holding of Territory Managers to meet up Business Targets across multiple cities mapped to them.
Recruiting of Sales Team, training & motivating them to reach out for the business achievement.
Driving business through DST for reaching our targets assigned.
Responsible for building a healthy & profitable portfolio
Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of collections, pre payments & other service concerns
Make joint calls with Sales Team
Driving Sales processes.

Key Responsibilities :-

Target setting and achieving assigned targets.
Ability to create professional work culture that encourages enthusiasm and team spirit.
To ensure productivity metrics of sales officers and employee retention. Understand of Credit Risk and managing Portfolio.
Driving Field Sales through Open market activities along with a Team of Territory Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
Managing multiple Salaried Branches and Geographies.

Mandatory skills :-

Graduate/MBA in Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of Open Market / Field Sales experience.
Team handling experience of minimum 2 years.
Sales Experience in PL / Credit Cards / CASA .
Good communication and pleasing personality.
