Field collection Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage field collections by visiting customers, identifying overdue payments, and recovering outstanding amounts.
  
• Conduct cash collection activities to meet daily targets and maintain a high level of productivity.
  
• Ensure timely recovery of loans from clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including payment receipts and client interactions.
  
• Identify potential issues with loan disbursements and take corrective action to resolve them promptly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in banking collection, debt recovery, or related fields.
  
• Strong knowledge of local language(s) spoken in the region where you will be working.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for data entry, reporting, and tracking.
