Role & responsibilities:-

• Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Decision Making skills
• Knowledge on the Mortgage Business

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through
  lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
• Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
• Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
• Achieve targets of cross sell products.
• Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors.
