Urgent Opening For CRM Production Support Analyst

Looking for a CRM Production Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to CRM applications, ensuring system stability, and working closely with business users, developers, and vendors to maintain operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Incident Management: Monitor, investigate, and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Problem Management: Identify recurring issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• System Monitoring: Ensure system uptime, performance, and availability by proactively monitoring applications.
• User Support: Assist business users with CRM-related queries, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Change & Release Management: Support deployments, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with development teams.
• Integration Support: Monitor and maintain CRM integrations with other enterprise applications (ERP, Marketing, etc.).
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain system documentation, run reports, and provide insights into system performance and incidents.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure data integrity, security policies, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Expertise: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or Oracle CRM.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong analytical skills to diagnose application and integration issues.
• SQL & Database Knowledge: Ability to query and analyze CRM data in databases.
• Scripting & Automation (Preferred): Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks.
• Cloud & API Knowledge: Experience with cloud-based CRMs, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Ticketing Tools: Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience: 2-6 years in CRM production support, application support, or IT operations.
