Which team will you be working in?

You will be working in the Cloud Engineering and Business Experience (CeBe) team within the HCLSoftware group. The HCLSoftware CeBe team drives the cloud-native strategy for HCL Software. We innovate with new technologies and apply them to the HCLSoftware portfolio. The team is distributed across several locations, in India, Europe and the USA.

Skills we seek in our Cloud Engineering and Business Experience team

• 8-12 years of strong experience testing various pieces of Web application and Mobile application and at least 3 years of experience leading a test team
• Strong experience in testing UI, Rest API based Micro services testing and event driven architecture
• Experience in cross platform, responsiveness, User experience and accessibility testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Good to have Performance and security testing experience
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify Test Strategy based on business requirements
• Ability to work in an agile & collaborative, global environment with developers, testers, designs and product managers
• Ability to coach and mentor other testers in the team
• Good to have UI and backend service test automation experience

Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements from conversations with product managers, technical team and device test strategy and test plan
• Execute the test plan with a team of testers
• Review test cases, provide feedback and clarification on requirements to the testing team
• Lead and coach test team to ensure their success
• Present testing plan, status and metrics to the leadership team
• Work closely with automation lead/team to create regression test automation plan and test prioritization
