Responsibilities

2 to 5 yrs of experience in Insurance or BFS preferred

• Good Data Entry skills with eye to details
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and respond accurately to individual customer needs
• Basic knowledge of Insurance (Preferable)
• Good Desktop skills like MS Office and experience in updating customer data in worflow
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Insurance Policy Review, New Business, Renewals, Surrenders/Maturity, Claims, Decreases/Increases, Query handling, Underwriting, Top up
• Experience in training and mentoring
• Experience in MIS Report creation
• Key contributor to drive productivity and Quality of the team
• Detail Oriented - exercise extreme attention to details; thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both cause and effect of a situation.
• Team Huddle, Query Clarifications to the team
• Ensure consistent and timely feedbacks on cases to the team
