HCLTech is hiring for Procurement & AP Helpdesk Noida

Location - Noida

Both side cabs 5 days working

Salary as per market standards

Required minimum experience in Procurement/ AP Helpdesk or Supply chain Management against open roles

1. Associate (1-2 years)

Profile 1: SES & Agreement creation/PO Amendment

• Purchase order & Service entry sheet (SES) creation.
• Processing SES in SAP workflow in Vendor invoice management (VIM).
• Agreement creation and amendment in SAP.
• Follow up with finance and business team for budget approval.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of the Purchase order & SES.
• Rectifying error and deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions.
• Support supervisor on reporting and analysis. GRIR reconciliation.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in PO & SES.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of PO Amendment and SES creations.
• Follow SOPs and working instructions for processing.
• Good understanding of invoice processing and payment.

Profile 2: Accounts Payables Help Desk

• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Work on daily allocated tickets on Service now
• Good understanding of P2P process to resolve queries.
• Prioritize cases labeled as VIP, Urgent payment & escalated.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Tickets.

Requirements

• Graduation mandate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP experience in mandate.
• Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Candidate should willing to work in night shifts.
