Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our pre-sales team with a focus on designing and formatting professional proposals, along with creating visually compelling presentations and documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design Professional Proposals:
• Create visually engaging and well-structured proposals that effectively communicate our solutions and value propositions.
• Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and company standards.
• Develop Compelling Presentations:
• Design and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey key messages and support sales pitches.
• Incorporate graphics, charts, and visuals to enhance the impact and clarity of presentations.
• Format and Design Documents:
• Format and design various documents, including reports, case studies, and white papers, to ensure a professional and polished appearance.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to gather content and understand design requirements.
• Utilize Design Tools:
• Proficiently use PowerPoint, Word, and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content.
• Stay updated with design software trends and techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Attention to Detail:
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
• Proofread and review content to ensure it is error-free and meets quality standards.
• Meet Tight Deadlines:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure to deliver timely results.
• Collaborate with Team Members:
• Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that align with their goals.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure Consistent Branding:
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all design work is consistent with the companys visual identity.
• Update and maintain design templates and assets for consistency across all materials.
• Support Ad-hoc Design Requests:
• Handle additional design requests as needed to support the pre-sales and sales teams.
• Provide design input and suggestions for improving overall presentation and proposal effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal and visual communication
• BFA or BA in graphic design, or equivalent education in video production for web
• 5+ years professional experience as a video production specialist performing responsibilities listed below
• Self-directed, motivated, collaborative, and willing to learn, adapt and grow
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite with in-depth knowledge of digital and video/motion tools and production technologies for distribution online
• Search Engine Optimization - A demonstrated ability to drive traffic to web properties from search engines, with decent knowledge in SEO and VSEO
• An excellent command of video insights/analytics within platforms, such as Google Analytics, YouTube, LinkedIn, to adjust content creation strategy and tactics
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and what creative is most appropriate for each
• Additional technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, CMS backend) a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including landing pages, display advertising, and social media
• Ability to multitask on a diverse set of projects different subject matter, other team goals, other formats

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, edit and manage the production of digital content that is consistent with the organizations brand, style, and tone
• Creatively tell stories through a mix of video, photography, illustration, charts, graphics, and other design elements
• Ensure continuous content contribution to groups owned multimedia publishing channels for both internal and external audiences
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized set of files for the project archive.
• Edit high-end videos using Adobe Premier • Create profound and emotional storytelling elements for strategic videos • Organize footage • Create motion graphics and animations • Apply color correction and effects • Organize footage and asses list of video topics • Assist with video content selection • Export videos with consistent formatting • Upload videos to owned multimedia publishing channels • Optimize videos for search engine visibility • Distribute videos using social media and other online resources • Transcribe videos and apply schema and metadata to videos • Create video advertisements for social media
