Graphic Designer - Iconic

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Layout

• Create visually appealing designs for print materials, such as hoardings, print, posters, invitation cards, banners, packaging, and other collateral.
• Develop layouts that balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.

2. Branding & Identity

• Ensure all designs adhere to the companys brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on branding projects, including logo design, typography, and color palettes.

3.Pre-Production & Printing

• Prepare and finalize files for printing, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and formatting.
• Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

4.Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that align with campaign objectives.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

5.Quality Assurance

• Review and proof designs to ensure there are no errors before production.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and printing techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, specifically with offline/print design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Familiarity with print production processes, including pre-press and materials selection.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
