Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Management of all India Customer Service team, for delivering warranty and AMC service for railway signalling projects in Indian Railways. Responsible for on-time completion of scheduled and corrective maintenance activities in all projects across India, executed by HBL. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring high availability of HBL-installed signalling solutions, including Kavach Train Protection Systems and Train Management Systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have handled similar all India customer service function for an engineering industry, with high technology products / solutions. Experience of working for an organization with railway product portfolio is preferred.
