Role & responsibilities

• Find candidates through job Portal, social media, and networking.
• screening resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Keep records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Work with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• On-boarding, HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or related HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
