Senior Manager - Service

Role & responsibilities

Providing after sales support to customers for installation, commissioning , complaint handling, trouble shooting , providing training to our service team and customer maintenance team on preventive & break down maintenance, root cause analysis, organising service camps & seminar, pump health check-up , energy audit , generating revenue through AMC.

Qualification, Experience & other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in mechanical / electrical / Industrial engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in Pumps or rotating equipment's service department or Diploma with 20 years’ experience.
2. Have minimum 5 years’ experience as team leader.
3. Should have valid passport.
4. Have good communication skills in English & Hindi .
