Job Description
Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Customer Support:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Account Management:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and participate in customer events, meetings, and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
