Field Application Engineer (FAE) - Electronics

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will serve as the primary technical resource for our customers and sales teams, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for our electronic products. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on product specifications, features, and applications.
   • Assist customers with product selection and integration into their systems.
2. Customer Engagement:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements and business needs.
   • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
3. Problem Solving:
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers during product evaluation and deployment.
   • Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer-specific requirements and challenges.
4. Product Development Feedback:
   • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
   • Advocate for customer needs and requirements within the organization.
5. Training and Documentation:
   • Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
   • Create technical documentation, application notes, and FAQs to support product knowledge dissemination.
6. Sales Support:
   • Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and solutions for customer projects.
   • Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and quotations.
7. Market Analysis:
   • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities.
   • Provide input for product positioning and market strategy based on technical insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
