Business Analyst - SAP FICO (3-15 yrs)

- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP FICO processes (Financial Accounting and Controlling).

- Gather requirements from business stakeholders (finance, accounting, and other departments) and translate them into SAP system requirements. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements within the SAP FICO module.

- Compliance & Audit: Ensure that SAP FICO processes comply with financial regulations and internal audit requirements. SAP FICO module expertise (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO).

- System Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other modules (MM, SD, and others) and third-party systems.

- Provide support for SAP FICO reports, including month- end and year-end financial closing, cost allocation, profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.

- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support financial analysis and decision making.
