Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate payroll processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain payroll reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and upgrade of payroll systems and software.
- Provide training and support to payroll staff on new processes and systems.
- Act as a liaison between the payroll department and other business units to address payroll-related issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist and Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Draw.io and Jira.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification will be added advantage
