- Detect inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in operational processes.

- Actively participate in the testing phases of projects to ensure successful implementation and compliance with established requirements.

- Explore and evaluate areas of improvement in business processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

- Use analytical skills to examine complex data and extract valuable information to inform strategic business decisions.

- Collaborate closely with teams to design practical and efficient solutions that address identified business challenges.

- Work with stakeholders to identify, document and validate project and business requirements.

- Analyze and assess potential risks associated with proposed solutions, providing recommendations to mitigate them.

- Create clear and detailed documentation to serve as a reference for solution development and implementation.

- Perform detailed analysis to assess the impact of potential decisions on the organization's strategic objectives.

- Examine different options and scenarios, identifying business implications and proposing the best solution to achieve the desired results.

- Develop metrics and tracking systems to evaluate the effectiveness of decisions made, allowing for continuous adjustments as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferable with an MBA.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role for at least 5 years.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High proficiency in English.

- Strong analytical skills to examine complex data and extract valuable insights.

- Ability to convert complex data into visual models and clear documentation.

- Experience in identifying business needs and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

- Ability to explore and evaluate areas of improvement in business processes to increase efficiency and profitability
