Head - Administration & Security - Real Estate/Telecom/Construction Business (14-25 yrs)

- Handle complete facilities and infrastructure set up including repair and maintenance.

- This includes office space property, front office services, workspace assignment.

- Provide necessary support and guidance for managing site events for internal and external stakeholders.

- Security design for developments including boundary wall & entry points, pedestrian & vehicular flow and checking of non-registered users & guests, leveraging effective use of IT & data for security and marketing.

- Checking and leading emergency response procedures.transport management, logistics, end to end travel solutions and reimbursements.

- Budget formalization and control to bring rationalization without compromising quality.

- Develop and devise cost effective sources for relevant procurement, conducting commercial negotiations, supply compliance and contracts management.

- Overseeing AMC for relevant services, materials and all equipment.
