Job Description Summary :

PivotRoots, a Havas company, looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Job Description :

Roles Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and career websites.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract top talent.

  • Maintain and develop a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

  • Shortlist candidates for hiring managers and facilitate interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate and conduct reference checks as part of the hiring process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.


Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture.

  • Provide recommendations on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Assist in determining salary offers and managing offer negotiations.

Onboarding Documentation:

  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

  • Assist in preparing new hire orientation materials and schedules.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a similar industry).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
