Job Role & Responsibilities:
On time raising and release of the Purchase requisitions on SAP.
To coordinate with the Material Management team on availability of material/space.
To continuously track the Stock on hand and inward schedule time line and keep providing feedback to purchase on Pre or Postponement and as needed issue instructions on inter plant transfers.
To keep scanning the inventory and monitor the movement and identify the likely possibilities of dead inventories in advance and highlight to end users to devise alternate consumption options on time to minimise the inventory loss.

Qualification: Undergradualte -

Experience:
1 to 2 years of Work experience in Material Planning / Material Management / Production Planning / Production Administration.

Must have working knowledge on SAP MM Module or an equivalent ERP platform.

Must have a good working knowledge in Excel.

A candidate with good data analytical skills will get preference.

Knowledge:
Knowledge on Basic Statistical concepts.
Good Knowledge on inventory management methods.
Preferable Knowledge on Product Costing and on the concept of Inventory impact on Companies working capital.

Skills:
To be quick, creative, and innovative in managing a crisis.
Capacity to analyse and interpret data and consolidate them into readily referable reports.
Proficiency in communicating orally and in writing (both in Tamil & in English)

Ability to coordinate with inter departments to share and collect information.
A good time management skill.
A team player to meet Organisational priorities
