Production Planning Control- Executive

Role & responsibilities

Production Planning:

• Assist in preparing and updating production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
• Support capacity planning by assessing machine availability, manpower, and production constraints.
• Help in defining workflow routing to optimize production efficiency.

Production Control:

• Monitor daily production progress and report deviations from the plan.
• Track material movement and work-in-progress (WIP) to avoid bottlenecks & assist in inventory management

Coordination & Reporting:

• Liaise with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align production with customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, KPI dashboards, and analysis data for management review.
• Support continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 6 year of experience in the PPC field
• Excellent knowledge of advanced excel
• Detail oriented
