Role & responsibilities

• Calendar management: Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
• Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and mail, and communicate on behalf of the executive
• Event planning: Coordinate events, including conferences, seminars, and meetings
• Document preparation: Prepare corporate documents, such as memos, emails, and reports
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records, including filing systems and contacts databases
• Research: Conduct research, analyze data, and compile reports
• Decision support: Provide data and insights to help the executive make decisions
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with all materials
• Prioritization: Prioritize inquiries and requests, and troubleshoot conflicts
