Role & responsibilities

Compliance

Ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations including Labour Laws, Environment Protection Laws, Factories Act, Health & Safety

Talent Management

Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent

Employee Engagement

Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and promoting employee well-being

Training and Development

Designing and implementing training programs to help employees accomplish their jobs

Compensation and Benefits

Building a fair and attractive compensation and benefits strategy and implementing KRA-based performance evaluations

Crisis Management/Conflict Resolution

Managing and resolving people-related conflicts and crises

Strategic Direction

Advising and guiding the C-suite and stakeholders on all aspects of HR

Preferred candidate profile

• LLB, LLM
• Age Limit up to- 55 years

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES

- At least 15 years of total experience in Human Resources

- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Human Resources

- Experience in overseeing and enforcing compliance with Labor Laws, Environment Protection Laws, Health & Safety Regulations

- Work Experience in Manufacturing Organization(s)

- Diligent, result-oriented and self-motivated

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Law or HR Management

- Settled/Located in Delhi NCR OR Chandigarh

- Experience with ESG documentation & audits (Environment, Social and Governance)

- Experience with CSR implementation/documentation (Corporate Social Responsibility)

- Experience with fully-integrated ERP System across multiple locations

- Spoken and Written English skills
