Role & responsibilities
1. Handling the General trade Sales activities in the particular Districts.
2. Responsible for Primary - Secondary Sales, Product Launching.
3. Responsible for Market coverage and Outlet Coverage.
4. Responsible for market Representation and Product availability.
5. Strengthening Distribution by increasing the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
6. Driving the basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner Management, Foot Plans, TSI productivity and Channel Satisfaction.
7. Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory and capturing the retailers base to the maximum possible extent.
8. Execute channel sales activities to meet monthly revenue targets.
9. To educate the customers regarding company's new launched products.
10. To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix.
11. Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
12. Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution.
13. To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame.
Preferred candidate profile
Role ASE/TSO/TSI (General Trade – Male)
Experience – (2-6 yrs) Preferred to FMCG (Detergent Segments Product)
Salary – 18000 to 35000 Per Month

Location – Ludhiana-Punjab
