Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in implementing and integrating ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Business Management (ITBM), and hands-on experience with custom application design, development, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow's core modules, with a focus on ITBM, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.

- Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications within the ServiceNow environment.

- Manage data migration processes, ensuring the seamless transfer of data from other tools to ServiceNow.

- Create, configure, and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within ServiceNow to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ServiceNow meets business requirements and adheres to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including core modules (particularly ITBM) and custom application development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, with the ability to write and debug custom scripts.

- Experience with data migration from various third-party tools into ServiceNow.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow's reporting and dashboard capabilities.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
