Under the direction of the Senior Manager, People Operations, the Senior People Operations Generalist will:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition and the People Operations team to onboard EMEA/APAC based new hires, in addition to offboarding APAC employees in the HRIS
Deliver the New Hire Orientation training and help to coordinate all monthly new hire information sessions
Ensure legal compliance with all applicable India employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as needed
Assign POSH training for all new hires and manage the annual training for the location
Partner with the People Operations team to manage our HR data and maintain data integrity in our HRIS
Assist with obtaining travel visas for employees traveling to the U.S. on business
Provide overall People Operations and People Experience program support to the team and organization
Collaborate with cross-functionally to develop workflow improvements and document new procedures
Support employee engagement activities at the local level including company events, team building and diversity events, etc
Assist with requests in the ticketing system for EMEA/APAC employees
Be a team player who operates in an extremely organized manner, working quickly and balancing many different tasks, while being proactive and anticipating what needs to be done ahead of time
About you
At least 5-7 years of HR experience
Experience working in a global environment
Experience using HRIS such as SaplingHR or HiBob
Excellent communication and collaboration skills required
A great attitude with a focus on customer service
