We are seeking an experienced RD Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sourcing top talent, with a strong focus on Research and Development (RD) roles. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates to support our company s growth and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand RD hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future RD roles.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for open positions.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent sourcing.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on RD roles.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
