- Review and recommend updates to existing policies.

- Develop and implement new policies and processes as needed.

- Performance Management System
- Implement and manage the PMS system in consultation with management.
- Communicate KRAs to employees.
- Continuously optimize PMS based on feedback.
- Support scientific performance appraisals and manage disbursements.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Organize relevant training programs.
- Talent Retention, Employee Engagement & Welfare Programs
- Conduct surveys to understand work culture and retention challenges.
- Develop a talent retention framework.
- Initiate and manage employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Implement reward programs to motivate employees.
- Foster a positive work culture.
- Payroll Management
- Configure the HRIS system and assist the accounts team with payroll management.
- Manage leaves.
- Provide monthly payroll and leave reports to management
- Overall HR Activities
- Generate relevant MIS and reports.
- Discuss and establish organizational structure with management.
- Strengthen the HR function.
- Exit Process
- Manage exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
