Project Planning Manager - Goa / Panipat

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project planning and management, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously. You will manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules using MS Project and Primavera.
• Create and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Task and Resource Management:

• Oversee task assignments and coordinate resources for multiple projects.
• Track project progress and ensure the timely completion of all tasks.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for all project-related discussions.
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
• Generate regular reports on project progress, including risks, issues, and resolutions.

Communication and Correspondence:

• Handle all project-related emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain proper correspondence with contractors, clients, and vendors.
• Draft and review contractual letters and official communications.

Coordination and Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Project Monitoring and Control:

• Perform regular project reviews to monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Provide solutions for any delays, resource conflicts, or unforeseen challenges.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, scope, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project planning or management role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera for project planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and managing project design plans.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including resource management, task prioritization, and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
